Block Booking is Here! MyPC Cloud Latest Release

We are excited to announce a brand new MyPC Cloud release for summer 2025, featuring the much anticipated addition of Block Booking for computers.

Need to book more than a single computer at once?

Simply choose block booking and select all the computers you would like to reserve, perfect for your group studies, training sessions and workshops. Save time and reduce repetitive booking steps.

There is more in this release:

Custom Working Hours: This offers the flexibility to include deviations from standard scheduled working hours due to special circumstances such as public holidays, different term/semester times.

New Organisation Creation: The organisation setup process is simplified. Now, only MyPC Cloud registration is supported when creating a new organisation - making it easier and less confusing for new users. If you wish to use other authentication methods these can be enabled once the organisation registration is complete.

User Invite Registration: Invited users can now register using MyPC Cloud, Google or Microsoft.

Forgot Password: Password reset is now available only for users registered via MyPC Cloud.
