Booking rules and tags in MyPC Cloud

Tags in MyPC Cloud serve to either simply categorise a resource or to create advanced booking rules for resources. Tags can be applied at both the user and resource level.

This allows for flexible and granular control over resource access and usage.

Room display monitor

To avoid rooms or desks that have been booked but not attended going to waste, MyPC Cloud has an optional ‘Check-in’ feature. When selected, the room or desk will be made available for others after a specified time has elapsed.

MyPC Cloud also allows you to limit the number of bookings a user can make to ensure fair access.
