MyPC Services - Third Party Integration and Use of Data
MyPC offers two different deployment options: a locally installed version and a cloud hosted service. This Third Party Integration and Use of Data specifically govern the use of the cloud hosted MyPC service.
Our MyPC services ("The Services") allow you (the business contracting with us) to reserve Computers, Rooms or Workspace. To connect third-party applications, you must have an account with each third-party application with which you are integrating, and the Services will require you to prove that you have such a third-party account (i.e. authenticate) with each application. Info Technology Supply Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales no. 2230502, registered office is at 2 Hobbs House, Harrovian Business Village, Bessborough Road, Harrow, HA1 3EX, United Kingdom and/or our licensed resellers of our services who have sold/sublicensed the MyPC service to you (together "we") will when you integrate third-party applications, collect the information that is necessary to enable access to the third-party application and any data or content contained within the third-party application required to put into effect the action or command. The third-party application will share information with us and we will share information between third-party applications. You may only use the Services in accordance with the Terms of Service and our other terms such as privacy terms provided to you. The provisions of this document MyPC Services - Third Party Integration and Use of Data applies in addition to anything contained in those other terms/documents. We prohibit you from using the Services to transmit sensitive data such as regulated health information as defined in relevant data protection legislation and such as financial information.
We are not responsible for how any third-party application collects, processes, uses, retains or discloses your information. The way a third-party application processes information is governed by the policies of the third-party application. We disclaim all liability or damage which may arise from the practices, action, or omissions of any third-party application that you integrate to the fullest extent applicable by law.
If you are invited to join a MyPC organisation account, we will share your information with the organisation account holder and other organisation members. The organisation account holder will have access to your name, email address, usage. Other organisation members will have access to your name and email address.
The Services allow you to collect, process, transmit or disclose information, content or posts that may include other parties' personal information. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to collect, process, transmit or disclose other parties' information. By using the Services, you represent that your privacy policy accurately describes your privacy practices and that you have obtained all legally required consents to collect, process, transmit or disclose the information you process using the Services.
The Services are intended for use by organisations for their employees. Where applicable, the user that holds an administrative account in the organisation is the administrator of the Services and is responsible for the accounts over which it has control. That organisation determines how to use the Services. For employees of an organisation, please direct your data privacy questions to your account administrator, as your use of the Services is subject to that organisation's policies. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of an administrator's organisation, which may be different from this policy.
This document MyPC Services - Third Party Integration and Use of Datasets out terms which are subject to English law and is to be read in conjunction with the other contractual documents mentioned above including our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
